2022 Dressage Year End Awards
Submission Deadline November 12, 2022

General Dressage Year End Award Criteria

Qualifications:
  • Must be 2021 CDCTA Member at the time of competition. 
  • Scores from 11/13/2021 to 11/5/2022 are eligible.
  • Awards are for the same horse/rider combination.  Multiple submissions are allowed.
  • Volunteer hours: Minimum of 4.

Scores:
  • Schooling:  Three scores from one level must be submitted, but they can be from any test within that level.
  • Recognized:  Three scores from one level must be submitted, but can be from any test within that level.
  • If submitting a Non-CDCTA show score, please copy the front of the dressage test, which should include: location, date, judge, and score.
  • Minimum score of 52% is required.
  • Scores must be from at least 2 different judges.

Levels:   Intro (Schooling Dressage Only), Training, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, FEI, Freestyle

Divisions:  
  • Professional, Adult Amateur and Junior (under 18 on December 1, 2021).  
  • Award divisions may be combined at CDCTA’s discretion.

Awards 
  • Ribbons and Prizes for Champion through 6th place.
  • Ernie Trophy – awarded to the best dressage score in either a Dressage or Eventing competition received by a Jr or Adult amateur.

Year End Award Schooling Dressage: Specific Criteria

In addition to the general information above you must also:
Qualifications:
  • Ride in at least 2 of the 3 CDCTA Schooling Shows.
  • Two of your scores must come from two different CDCTA Schooling Shows.
  • Judge must be “L” or above.
Scores:
  • The third score can be from either a Non-CDCTA open show, or a second score from a CDCTA Show.​

In addition to the general information above you must also:
