Why volunteer? The CDCTA depends on its volunteers to help run all of our events and shows. Volunteers are needed in every aspect of these events from being a scribe for a judge to directing trailers to the parking area.
Never shown your horse before and are you a bit nervous about it? Come volunteer and learn about how friendly our shows are and then come back next time to show yourself!
Are you new to the sport of Dressage or Combined Training? Come volunteer and watch the other riders. You will see that you will fit right in with our friendly and helpful members and clinicians at every level.
The Lesson Lotto: Win $100 towards a lesson with the instructor of your choice.
Interested in Year End Awards? Volunteering is now a nessary Every CDCTA member is required to accumulate a total of four (4) hours of volunteer time per year from January 1st through October 31st at a CDCTA sponsored event. Print and complete out the volunteer form.

THANK YOU VOLUNTEERS!
As the 2016 CDCTA Year is coming to an end, I would like to take this time, once again, to thank all the volunteers for the three schooling shows in 2016.
Each show seemed to have its own flavor: rain, mud, puddles, heat, and more rain. The one common thread throughout was each show was a success. The shows were well attended, the volunteers were amazing. It could not have happened without all of you.
I am already looking forward to next year. We will be unloading the dressage rings at Westbrook Hunt Club before we know it!
I am also looking forward to seeing you all at the club banquet in January. It has been my pleasure to be a member of the CDCTA this past year.
